This room is situated on the far Southern end of the main building, my home. It is a one bedrooms with a loft, the main sleeping area. This bedroom has its own full bathroom accessible from inside the room. We are on a very quiet dead-end road. Entrance to this room is right up the main driveway, the entrance door looks right at you. There are street lights close enough that luminates the entire area, there are also motion activated lights just over the door top. Parking is permitted on street or off in a private space.
This bedroom is comfortable for two persons. There is a plush queen size bed, with pillows and blanket for those who need extra warming. There is a 18000 BTU AC unit located in the space which cools the entire space. Down from the loft on the main floor is a small kitchenet and a 30 inches countertop gas range, for cooking needs. This space is furnished with, a medium size refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a ceiling fan for extra cooling or for those who prefer not to use AC. There is a small outdoor porch and just up the steps, a large deck available to guests, for relaxing sun bathing or enjoying the view. Once outside one can enjoy the 180% view of the eastern end of the island and catch a view of St. John and portions of the Caribbean Sea. Living quality at an affordable price!!

Neighborhood description
Just a few houses in and around the area, we are one of five of the closest homes, with a few others a few yards away. For grocery the Food Center is just about 7 minutes drive. If you chose not to drive, you can access public transportation for $1.00, or the daily Safari for $2.00. However, you will be required to take a 10-15 minutes walk to the main road in order to access any of the two. You can call for taxi service which is a bit more costly, but will pick you up at the door and take you directly to your destination. The East End taxi service is closest to Elvin’s Hillside Rest & View, just about 12 minutes and are radio dispatched.
